Burger in a SHELL?!

Good day Explorers!✈🧳 Welcome mga ka-buko!🥥 Im gonna introduce to all of you our company which is BurgerShell Inc..

Our company was made since the very beginning of the school year and we will be selling our very unique product probably this March! Our product is burger🍔 in a coconut shell🥥. Our burger is not just an ordinary burger, it also contains vegetables, so, its not just delicious it is also healthy for our body. The reason why we made the patty into a “Veggie Patty” is we noticed that many teenagers are eating junk foods than eating nutritious food and junk foods are not healthy for our body. So, we came up with the idea of putting some vegetables in our patty to be a solution to that problem and it may encourage them to eat vegetable in a fun way.

We choose coconut shell to be our container because recently, we heard different news about pollution because of plastics, we also heard animals being endangered and many are extinct now because of these. So, instead of plastics, we use coconut shell to reduce the plastic waste. And after eating our product, you can use the coconut shell in any way, like making it a vase and it also can be a charcoal.

And it is made for students who have a tight budget because our product is affordable, it only costs 20 pesos. So that many can avail our delicious burger.

Here are the ingredients of our product:

Process on making our Burger (with Veggie Patty) in a Coconut Shell:

1. Chop the carrots and onion into small pieces.
2. Cut the malunggay into small pieces.
3. Put the eggs in the bowl then beat it.
4. Put the carrots, pepper, onions, malunggay, paprika, salt and lastly, the egg together with the meat.
5. Then, mixed them.
6. Next, add flour to the mixed ingredient.
7. Coat the molded patty with the breadcrumbs.
8. After that, place the patty in the pan with a medium heat. (Wait until golden brown)
9. Lastly, put some spread the way you want to and place it in the coconut shell with banana leaf.

It is related to my blog topic because in travelling, you’re not just exploring the view or the place, you also explore the different food or different cuisine in other places or generally their culture. And if our product will be successful one day, it can be one of the remarkable food the tourist will taste here in the Philippines.

Our product is related to the current issue or problem that we are facing in these days because as I mentioned earlier we made this product to reduce the plastic waste because many animals are extinct and endangered. We made this product to not just to gain profit but also to keep our mother earth from further damage.

It is also relatable in my life experience because I LOVE food. I love to eat any kind of food like chocolates, burgers, donuts, street foods, cakes, fruits and many more EXCEPT vegetables. Since I was a kid im not a big fan of vegatables and this product helped me to be open minded and eat vegetables because it can give nutrients for me to be healthy.

I’ve increased my understanding with this product. I’ve learned the benefits that these vegetables can give to us, not just students but all kinds of person. I’ve realized that we, students are able to think of any way to help our society in the current issues and i felt genuinely happy because im one of the students who made this product happen.

I will highly recommend our product to all of you. I promise that you will not regret buying it. Our product will satisfy your crave and also give you the benefits that you need in your body. Also, it will help our earth from pollution just like our company tagline says “NAKAKAIN KA NA, NAKATULONG KA PA”.

Also, we presented a role play in our class. In this role play, I’ve learned things to do in actual selling of our product to our customer and our classmates suggested some improvements for our product but some of them rated the presenter or the performance.
